Shun the guns

The Rambo-esque gun culture in America, aggravated by the rampant availability of guns, has seen so many innocent civilians mowed down by psychotic killers.This is a tragedy that even US lawmakers are finding difficult to counter.
The recent Sikh-temple shooting in Wisconsin — weeks after the real-life “dark night” tragedy at a cinema — shows a country at war with itself where even under-age youth can purchase guns over the counter.
Unless stricter control of gun licensing is implemented, America will breed more gung-ho psychos to whom life has no meaning.
